the staff were friendly (i have to admit). the resort is easy to reach and ample parking is available.
the lunch and dinner options were disappointing. both the western and thai food lacked flavor and were overcooked (it was a real letdown).

this resort was very clean. the breakfast had many choices. the staff was nice and seemed always willing to help. I found natural shadow in many spots, , made it better to walk around during daytime.
i found the happy hour to be limited. there are not many lounge chairs around. people reserve the chairs then disappear for hours. this situation was a daily issue.

the breakfast buffet included a good variety of food. i noted the option of sitting outside. this area offered a nice view of the beach and sea, i liked it.

the staff are very helpful and lovely. they seemed to always want to do enough for you. one staff member, kwan, makes good cocktails. i saw her in the restaurant during breakfast service, very helpful.

the hotel is on the beach. i saw a nice gym with exercise equipment. you can easily walk into town where you find bars and restaurants. the hotel has a quiet big personality.
